Program Description:
 
Use this program application if your first choice for host institution is OUTSIDE the United States and you are FROM a location outside the United States. You may still list institutions inside the United States as your second and third preference if applicable.

Use the Participating Universities search function to explore program options and potential host institutions.

IIE Global E3 Program member schools do not accept direct applications. Review How to Apply for more information about the application process.

Please Note: The administrative agency (IIE) cannot guarantee placement request. Due to the volume of applications and each host institution's exchange capacity, not all applicants can be guaranteed placement or placed at preferred university. However, all students will be placed at the best institutions IIE has determined are appropriate based on applicants field of study and desired work.
