This session is a case study presentation of the history of global requirements at two Colleges of Engineering: Texas Tech University’s Whitacre College of Engineering and the University of Pittsburgh’s Swanson School of Engineering.  This presentation will explore the lessons learned from incorporating this requirement.  What types of programs do we see students interested in? How can we build on what we can infer from the data?  What key items are missing?  For example, what learning objectives will inspire engineering students to take advantage of global experiences?   What directions are we examining for the future?
