Welcome to the application system for the Global E³ / AE3 Program!
What is Global E³ / AE3?
Global E³ / AE3 is an exchange program for engineering students: a student can study abroad while continuing to pay tuition at home. With member universities in 21 countries, students at 85+ universities have the opportunity to study abroad. Global E³ / AE3 exchanges about 200-250 students a year.
- STUDENTS: Use this website to learn more about participating universities, how to apply, and to access the online application. For more information on application procedures, go to our "How to Apply" section.
- ADVISORS: Click on "Login" on the top right to view, track, and process applications.
How Does Global E³ / AE3 Work?
- Top engineering students from Participating Institutions apply to study abroad for up to 1 year.
- Use links on the left to learn more information about participating institutions. - The student's advisor forwards the application to the program administrators.
- GE4 is the administrative agency for universities in western Europe (excluding the United Kingdom).
- IIE is the administrative agency for institutions elsewhere in the world, including the United States. - The program administrators work with participating institutions to place students at universities in the host countries.
